Shipping Policy

We ship orders within 1 business day. We do not have any control over the time frame your purchase will arrive due to circumstances not limited to the holidays and unexpected natural disasters.

No Refunds/Exchanges:
 

We do not accept returns or provide exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at administrator@nuruzzamaaninstitute.org with written details and pictures of the defective product within 3 days of receiving the book(s).
Upon receipt of this info, we will thoroughly examine and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement due to the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the original purchase price, using the original method of payment. No exceptions.
